These are the Bend dogs that inspired it all.
We believe that our dogs teach us to be better humans every day. So we are doing everything we can for them for the short time they have with us.
On the bottom right is Smoky Joe. He’s a 2-year-old rez dog rescued in New Mexico in March 2021. On the top right is Alaska, she’s a 4-year-old international mutt who was rescued Down Under.
Together, these two dogs are the inspiration behind The Dog Guide Bend. They live in a RV in Sunriver with their parents, hike in the high desert, splash in cascade lakes, and play together in Bend’s incredible off leash areas. If you see us in the wild, please say hi!
